Now that it’s finally getting cooler in Austin, it’s time to get cozy and turn on that fireplace…we updated the look of this traditional fireplace by removing the mantel, hearth, heavy limestone and replacing it with a stacked ledgetone tile for a more modern look. More updates coming for this client, we’ll post pics after redesign!
This new client in North Austin, a busy teacher on the go reached out to Tarragona Designs for some design help in her living room. Our design plan included updating the tile around the fireplace, painting the room, bringing in new furniture, rug, lighting, art and accessories from CB2, Living Spaces, At Home, Houzz, Home Goods, West Elm and Austin Art Garage to give this living room a whole new look for her to love & enjoy coming home to every day. Even Buster, the dog, loves it!
